  • "I was about an hour outside of Billings, Montana when my Goldwing broke down. I called Hi-Tech motorsports after no luck with a local towing service and a Mr. Gunder McCombs agreed to pick me and my bike up. Not only did he pick my bike up but he stayed late to repair it and on top of everything else gave us taxi service to and from our hotel room! I STRONGLY recommend that if your in the Billings area you immediately call Hi-Tech motorsports!"

  • "I live in Wisconsin, while on vacation in Red Lodge, Montana, my motorcycle broke down. Cody, at Cody;s custom cycle sent me to the Kawasaki dealer in Billings. Turns out they were closed so I found your dealership and called. The person I talked to told me to bring it in and a mechanic would look at it. He was able to figure out the problem. The part was ordered and shipped overnight. My bike was up and running the next day. Thanks to your great service dept, they are awesome."

  • "To Management of High-Tech Motor Sports: .....My name is Robert Ford. I am the Road Captain for BC Chapter 5103. I purchased a Big Bar Engine Guard during the Star Days Show and had it installed at your dealership. Order # 574812 Ref. # 117626305 I did not get the name of the technician that did the installation, but I wanted to thank both him and your dealership for the excellent service provided. During the installation, I asked him about a chirp in the drivebelt that I have been dealing with for a long time, especially when going down hill and downshifting. No one seemed to have an solution for the problem, except changing the belt, which has been checked for wear, tightness and tracking on numerous occasions. Your technician also checked my drive belt, proclaimed it to be properly adjusted, and advised me to spread some regular dish detergent on the cogs of the entire belt, then run it in on slow speed for a few minutes so all the areas of the belt came into contact with the application. We left Billings on Saturday am and rode 1400 miles back to Vancouver in scortching heat......No squeaks, no chirps, and the quietest ride I have had in a long time!!!   • "I came in today looking for a raptor planning on spending at least 7 grand. A salesman(i cant remember his name for the life of me) mentioned that he had a used 2005 raptor for WAY less than a new one. Now if a dealership is going to cur thier sale in half what does that say about their commitment to their customer. I will NEVER shop for an ATV, motorsycle or bike anywhere else than hi-tech from now on. Thanks guys."

  • "I stoped by to pick my son up a jersey 4 his b-day this lady greated me as i walked through the door,asking me if i needed help finding anything,i told her what i was looking 4 , she immediately helped me,i was in the store 4 aleast 2hrs,had only intented to buy my son a gift next thing uknow i bought everyone something, i even bought myself a jacket,which i havin done 4 yrs!I had a great time there,shoping 4 my hole family, the sales person(W/apperal) was wonderful,&(i might add a awesome sales WOMEN)!I will be back,& everyone i meet,know,&talk mortercyle i will let them know about Hi-Tech Mortersports!"

  • "My wife and I purchased a new Stratoliner in July. We visited all the local dealers. The salesteam was the best. They took the time to listen to me as well as my wife, never pushing, just trying to fit a bike to what we wanted. After the sale, the Parts Dept. has been very helpful in ordering accessories for the bike. The thing that impressed me the most, was 4 weeks later we ran into one of the salesman at the Motorcross races, and he actually remembered my wife. Good stuff guys. Keep it up!"
